Welcome to LinkedIn Campaign Manager (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “LinkedIn Campaign Manager”). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the LinkedIn Campaign Manager website (the “Site”) located at https://lncampaignmanager.org/ and/or the services provided by us (the “Services”).
1. Notification of Infringement Claims
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (your “DMCA Notice”):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us (a “Counter-Notice”) by submitting written notification to our Copyright Agent. Pursuant to the DMCA, the Counter-Notice must include substantially the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which LinkedIn Campaign Manager may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement or an agent of such person.
If a Counter-Notice is received by the Copyright Agent, LinkedIn Campaign Manager may send a copy of the Counter-Notice to the original complaining party informing that person that it may reinstate the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed content may be reinstated, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the Counter-Notice, at our sole discretion.
3. Repeat Infringers
LinkedIn Campaign Manager will terminate the accounts of users that are determined to be repeat infringers.
4. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the amended policy on our Site. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes to this policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
